LitBuy issues coupons for both product orders and international shipping, and most new accounts start with a welcome bundle. The coupons are real money off, but they come with minimum order amounts, expiry dates and stacking rules that are easy to miss. This guide explains where the coupons are in your account, what each type does, how to apply them at checkout and when in the year the biggest promotions run. It also covers the one thing coupons do not change: import duty and VAT are calculated on what you paid the seller, not on the discounted LitBuy total.
What a LitBuy coupon is
A LitBuy coupon is a promotional credit applied at checkout. The main types:
1. Percentage discounts
- 5, 10 or 15 percent off the product subtotal
- Most useful on larger orders
2. Fixed-amount discounts
- ¥20, ¥50 or ¥100 off
- Usually require a minimum order value
3. Shipping discounts
- A fixed amount or percentage off the international shipping fee
- Sometimes limited to specific shipping lines
4. New-user coupons
- Issued when you register
- Higher value than regular coupons, one-time use
Where to find your coupons
In your account
- Log in and open My Account.
- Go to Wallet and then the Coupon tab (direct link: litbuy.com/my-account/coupons/).
- Each coupon shows its value, minimum order amount and expiry date.
New-user welcome bundle
New accounts normally receive a bundle of product and shipping coupons. LitBuy advertises the combined face value on its site; the exact amount and the split between coupons changes with each promotion, so read what is actually in your wallet rather than relying on the headline number. How to get more coupons
- Regular promotions: check the coupon page around Chinese holidays, 618 and Singles' Day.
- Referral program: referring friends earns coupons for both accounts.
- Social channels: LitBuy posts codes on Discord, Instagram and Telegram.
- Newsletter: subscriber-only codes and early access to sales.
Using coupons at checkout
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Find the coupon or promo code field.
- Select a coupon from your wallet or paste a code.
- Click apply and confirm the discount is shown in the total.
- Complete payment.
Rules to check first
- Minimum order value. Many coupons need ¥200, ¥500 or more in the cart.
- Expiry date. Expired coupons cannot be extended or reactivated.
- Product restrictions. Some exclude specific categories or platforms.
- One per order. Product coupons usually do not stack with each other; a product coupon and a shipping coupon often can be combined because they apply at different steps.
Coupon not working?
- Confirm the cart meets the minimum.
- Check the expiry date.
- Remove and re-add the coupon.
- Screenshot the error and contact support if it persists.
Getting the most from coupons
Build one larger order
A ¥50 coupon with a ¥500 minimum is worth more than two ¥20 coupons on small orders, and one larger parcel is also cheaper to ship per item.
Time your purchases
- Singles' Day (11 November): the biggest sale on Chinese platforms; seller discounts plus agent coupons.
- 618 (18 June): the mid-year sale, second largest.
- Chinese New Year (January or February): post-holiday promotions, but expect shipping delays.
- Black Friday: LitBuy and some sellers run Western-calendar promotions.
Combine product and shipping savings
Apply a product coupon at purchase and a shipping coupon when you ship. Shipping coupons often go unused because they live in a separate step.

Coupons reduce what you pay LitBuy. They do not reduce the customs value of your parcel, which is what you paid the seller for the goods. Declare that amount; see How to Declare on LitBuy.
